Project Completion: 2022
A rear extension, loft conversion, full internal refurbishment, and landscaping project delivered as a complete home redevelopment. Introduced through an existing client, we were asked to carry out extensive structural works while carefully preserving three first-floor rooms throughout construction. To achieve this, a full weather-protection scaffold was installed, allowing the project to progress safely and efficiently regardless of conditions.
The build involved major structural alterations, including significant steel framing, propping large sections of the existing structure, and constructing a completely new cut roof. These works enabled a full reconfiguration of the home while maintaining structural stability during the process.
The client played an active role in shaping the interior design, resulting in a home filled with distinctive features such as intelligent smart lighting, a micro-cement bathroom, and an under-stairs wine cellar. The project concluded with a complete garden landscaping package, creating a functional yet impressive private outdoor space to complement the newly transformed home.

Duncliffe Road
Project Completion: 2025
A loft conversion and full refurbishment of an existing bungalow that had been in the client’s family for many years. The project began as an early-stage idea, and we worked closely with the client from the outset to help bring their vision to life. This included recommending an architect, supporting the design development, assisting with budgeting, and guiding the planning process before construction began.
Once designs were finalised, we carried out the complete transformation of the property into a bright, modern home. Large areas of glazing allow natural light to flow through the house from front to rear, while features such as solar panels, a floating staircase, and a bedroom balcony add both character and long-term value.
The result is a carefully considered refurbishment that respects the home’s history while creating a contemporary space for the future.

East Avenue
Project Completion: 2021
This project saw the complete transformation of a dated chalet bungalow into a luxury two-storey family home with loft conversion and carefully designed extensions. This ambitious transformation involved the near-complete demolition of the original chalet bungalow, with substantial structural steelwork allowing for bright, open-plan living spaces and large feature glazing, allowing the design vision to be fully realised.
A particularly unique aspect of the project was the enclosure and restoration of an existing outdoor swimming pool that had fallen into disrepair. Working closely with specialist pool contractors, we overcame a number of structural and environmental challenges to successfully deliver a high-end indoor swimming pool facility, complete with changing areas and an integral garage.
The finished home combines modern design with luxury functionality. Features include underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and bespoke fabricated staircases with solid oak treads. This project truly tested our team’s expertise across multiple disciplines, and the result is a striking, modern family home that exceeded client expectations.

Hoburne
Project Completion: 2024
Construction of a new entrance and reception building for a dental surgery, alongside access improvements, landscaping works, and refurbishment of existing treatment rooms, staff areas, and accessible WC facilities. Having previously completed major works at the client’s home, we were invited back to deliver this commercial project.
One of the key challenges was carrying out the construction and refurbishment works while the dental practice remained fully operational. Careful planning, phased construction, and close coordination with the client, staff, and stakeholders ensured the surgery could continue running safely with minimal disruption to day-to-day business.

Hurricane
Project Completion: 2022
A full redevelopment of the property including a single-storey rear extension, two-storey side extension, full refurbishment, and extensive landscaping works. The aim was to transform a fairly standard new-build style house into a home with more space, character, and personality.
The extensions allowed the layout to be completely reworked, creating larger, more functional living areas that better suited both the client and the plot. Modern upgrades such as underfloor heating, bi-fold doors, and smart showers brought comfort and practicality to the newly designed spaces.
Externally, the garden originally sloped toward the house with limited usable space. We carried out significant groundworks to reshape and prepare the site before Joe Savage Landscape completed the finishing landscaping works, delivering a garden that really elevates the property and connects naturally with the home.

Leigh Road
Project Completion: 2025
A single-storey rear extension, structural knock-through, and refurbishment designed to open up the ground floor and create a brighter, more connected living space. The project focused on improving both the internal layout and the usability of the rear garden.
The structural works formed a key part of the build, including the removal of the existing rear ground-floor wall and installation of a goalpost steel frame to support the new opening. This allowed the home to be reconfigured into a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, transforming how the ground floor is used day to day.
Externally, the sloping rear garden required retaining walls and landscaping works to create a more practical and accessible outdoor space that works alongside the new extension.
Large bi-fold doors and rooflights bring natural light deep into the new living area, creating a bright and airy feel throughout. This project is a great example of how a well-designed single-storey extension can add meaningful space, improve layout, and completely change how a home feels.
